I have thorougly enjoyed my home here at Windsor at Hopkinton. I love my modern apartment and the community grounds are so ... well maintained and cared for. The management staff has always been very helpful and caring and the maintenance crew is professional and attentive. This location is perfect for walking to a plaza that contains many shops and services. Also, very convenient to it's close proximity to 495 and I-90, as well as nearby commuter access to Boston. The walking trail is amazing and this community is very pet-friendly as well as safe for children. Generous, attractive amenities and there is a sense of coummunity here. My most recent maintenance request was placed as a result of my air conditioning failing. The maintenance staff was right ... on it and did all they could to try and resolve the problem. There was third party involved in the transaction which resulted in an extended period of time before the issue was resolved (over two weeks). However, the issue could have been resolved earlier but for the third party. The Windsor maintenance team along with the plumber, were all highly professional, knowledgeable and did all they could to assist. I was pleased with their response and their concern for my comfort. Amazing! Im in love with this place! Theres so much going for it, better than any of the other apartment complexes I looked ... into and definitely much better than the one I moved out of.
